Stabilize glue consistency in different humidity conditions 4. Ensure cleaner application, preventing blooming or premature curing. How to use: 1. Cleanse your eyes and remove oil. 2. Use a small cleansing stick to apply glue starter and gently apply it to the base of your eyelashes. 3. Allow to dry before applying lash extensions.
