Directions For Use:

To finish the procedure, apply a small amount of Composition #3 to the entire length of the eyelashes and let it soak in for a few minutes. Then carefully comb the eyelashes; if necessary, excess composition can be blotted with a cotton swab or napkin. Do not rinse.
